Ignacio co-founded Touch in 2006 while still in university, a company dedicated to providing talent to the retail industry. Under his leadership, Touch expanded its operations to Peru, Mexico, and Colombia, employing over 4,000 people across these countries.
In 2021, Ignacio founded Zeemo, a corporate communication and engagement platform that quickly grew to serve over 45,000 users. This experience further deepened his expertise at the intersection of technology and human resources.
By 2024, Ignacio became a co-founder of Global Team, where he continues to leverage his extensive knowledge in talent acquisition and business growth. His work is driven by a commitment to building effective teams and fostering environments that support both personal and professional development.
