She holds a Master Skills Coaching Certification, accredited by PCA, IAC, and SLAC in Santiago, Chile, and is certified in Executive Coaching. Adriana is also an accredited DISC Behavioral Analyst and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Coach.
Throughout her career, she has collaborated with leading multinational companies, managing coaching, training, and talent acquisition processes across Latin America.
