Refer businesses by submitting their details through our referral process. Referred clients must submit a hiring request or sign a service agreement within 90 days of your introduction.
Earn Rewards
- Earn $1,500 for every client who signs up for Hire Remote Talent or TeamOS.
- Earn $650 for every Virtual Assistant your referred client hires* during the first two years.
Certification Fee
To ensure commitment and provide Advisors with valuable tools, the program includes:
- Certification Fee: $1,500 (one-time)
- Annual membership Fee: $99/year to keep your certification active.
This investment covers:
- Training modules to position and promote Global Team services effectively.
- Marketing resources, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Personalized support from our Advisor Success Team.

Program Terms
To ensure a fair and professional experience for all participants, the following terms and conditions apply:
- Referral Validity Referrals qualify for rewards only if the referred client submits a hiring request or signs a service agreement within 90 days of the introduction.
- Client Eligibility Referred clients must be unique and cannot already exist as leads, prospects, or current clients within the Global Team system.

Referral Fees Terms
- Advisors earn $650 per VA hired by their referred client during the first two years.
- No referral fees apply for hires beyond the two-year period.
- Certification Requirements Advisors must complete the certification process and maintain active certification to participate in the program.
